A: The web site migration service that our company is offering is free of charge (to a certain extent). We will migrate your site(s) to our top–class cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from personal experience that changing web hosting providers can lead to lost info and unnecessary network downtime. For this reason, we will do all that for you at no cost!We’ve got highly skilled administrators whose sole task is to ensure that your website performs exactly as it did on your old web hosting platform. The administrators are well–versed in transferring custom–built websites, as well as websites that are based on well–known scripts such as Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we can’t give you a precise ETA, since there are many variables, including the size of the web files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your website and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll do our best to migrate your site within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (in case the content is not large).

A: We’ll require the login details for your old web hosting provider’s Control Panel along with the web site’s name (domain name).

A: Before we can start the transfer of your web hosting account, you must already have an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to disclose exactly the same information you have given to your present hosting provider. We also have an extremely strict Privacy Policy, which specifies how sensitive data is used.

A: Your website will continue to work exactly like it did before with your previous hosting provider. As soon as we are through with the migration, your site will be configured to work on our web hosting platform and we’ll alert you to preview it. If it is functioning correctly, all you will need to do is update the NS resource records associated with your domain. Your site will be migrated to us with no downtime.

A: Nah. Aside from your login info for the Control Panel, we will not need anything. We’ll never contact your web hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the transfer either.

A: We can migrate your site from any hosting provider or any Linux–based web hosting platform provided that we can receive access to the Control Panel and there’s File Transfer Protocol access available.The only web sites that we cannot migrate are those based on closed–source software apps like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
